All coffee sale orders are final. 

To be eligible for a return on merchandise contact us at theperfectbrew1@gmail.com within 72 hours of receipt.

You can always contact us for any return question at theperfectbrew1@gmail.com.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

If you are approved for a refund, your refund will be processed and a a credit will be automatically applied to the original form of payment. 

Merchandise exchanges will only be provided to replace damaged or defective items. If you need to exchange for the same item, contact us at theperfectbrew1@gmail.com.
